B&FC 2020 & 2021 Graduation

Degree Apprentice Classes of 2020 & 2021 Celebrate Graduation

Published on 13/05/2022 by CBEATTIE

The graduation cermony for the engineering degree apprentice classes of 2020 and 2021 took place this year with graduates finally able to celebrate their degree success at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.

This was the first graduation cermony that included apprentices completing the BEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering and the BEng (Hons) Nuclear Engineering programmes, which were celebrated alongside those completing the end of stage 1 of the apprenticeship with awards of FdEng Aerospace Engineering and FdEng Nuclear Engineering also.

With their studies challenged by a succession of lockdowns and special measures, not to mention the virus itself, the results of these students were all the more remarkable and, equally, a testament to their lecturers' commitment to deliver their teaching provision no matter what.

Below are just a few images from the day of both graduates and lecturers of LEHQ.
